Highly Stable Chassis Construction - To harness the full potential of its mighty V-Twin engine, the Teryx features a stable wide-body chassis and robust, highly rigid frame. Variable Front Differential Control makes it easy to get out of tricky situations. Variable front differential control makes it much easier to get the Teryx moving if stuck. Control is via a hand lever located between the seats. By partially raising the lever, the rider is able to fine- tune the amount of torque to suit conditions. Without rider intervention, the system functions as a limited slip differential. Applying force to the lever increases the torque (thereby reducing slip) to a maximum level, making it function as a mechanical differential lock (i.e. no slip) when the system is fully engaged.

All the MULE 4000 Series models are adorned with a new, no-nonsense big-truck styling package. The serious work image is emphasized by the squared-off, wide design, oversize bumpers and fenders, and a greater wheel-fender clearance. Sealed under-bonnet front storage (now similar to that on the KAF400A) is easily accessible using the hood-release lever on the dash. The front storage capacity is 60 liters.

Higher Ground Clearance – As another by-product of the larger wheels and tires, ground clearance also increased, further contributing to off-road potential.
