The BF2 is quiet and simple to run, and there's even a model with neutral so that you can sit idling at dockside. The BF2 features a Forced Air Cooled Engine, meaning there’s no water pump to worry about getting clogged when you’re in the weeds or shallows. It also features 360-degree Swivel Steering for improved maneuverability in tight areas. Another BF2 feature is its Centrifugal Clutch. It maintains a smooth idle, then, when the throttle is advanced, it automatically engages the prop above idle speed. It’s like having a neutral position.

It is ideal as auxiliary power for smaller sailboats and medium- size fishing boats, or as reliable power for tenders and small fishing boats. The BF9.9 provides 2 Amps at 1000 RPM and an amazing 12 amps at 3000 RPM. This helps to maintain the battery charge or keep electronics going - even at trolling speeds. The powerful four-cylinder Honda BF90 is counterbalanced for smooth running through the full rpm range. You can expect better handling over an I/O, with much more space left inside the boat. Based on the well-proven Honda Civic engine, the BF90 will deliver year after year of reliable boating pleasure. The BF90 features Honda’s SOHC 3-Valve Design. It’s a powerful 1.6-liter engine utilizing a single overhead cam, along with a 3-valve design. Two intake valves deliver the air/fuel charge to optimize combustion efficiency, resulting in maximum torque and power.

The Honda BF115 in-line, four-cylinder outboards are equipped with state-of-the-art, multi-port programmed fuel injection for instant starts, excellent acceleration and smooth idling. The BF115 is also the largest-displacement, 115-horsepower, four-stroke outboard available in its class at 2.2 litres. The long-stroke design increases torque output and offers the best in overall performance and efficiency. Four fuel injectors and a common high-flow throttle body deliver the precise amount of air/fuel to each cylinder, resulting in instant throttle response and superior fuel economy. Honda’s exclusive Sealed Starter is yet another BF115 benefit. It puts the starter motor in a sealed chamber that protects the starter bendix drive from the elements, resulting in solid dependability.

The BF135 is also the largest-displacement, four-stroke outboard available in its class at 2.2 litres. Available in counter-rotation models for dual installations. The BF135 features Dual Overhead CAM (DOHC), a mighty yet compact 24-valve design that creates more valve lift to pull in more air for increased horsepower. Low maintenance design also allows easy adjustment of the rocker arms. No multiple shims or trial-and-error adjusting needed. It also features Honda’s exclusive Dual Stage Induction, a variable air intake manifold that delivers top performance at every speed. Both also offer our 51 amp “On-Demand” belt-driven alternator.
